River Danube Cruise

I was treated to a cruise on the River Danube for my 65th birthday by Sue – we had a great time for the most part, one or two problems which I won’t dwell on.

We flew to Munich with Lufthansa and were bussed to Roth (near Nuremberg) to get on our ship. The trip took us as far as Budapest, via Regensburg, Passau, Melk, Vienna, Bratislava & Budapest. We met some great people on board but spent a lot of time with a couple from Yarm, Mary & Lenny Shepherdson – we hit it off straight away.
