On a freezing cold afternoon at the Barrett Steel Stadium Bottesford Town took on Eccleshill. The first half was owned by the visitors with 2 good goals. The second half was a different story and a solid defence and intent attack led the Bottesford team to pull a goal back courtesy of Lewis Smith, who followed it up with a second just a few minutes later. With just less than a quarter of the match remaining, Aris Cunha was in the right place at the right time to bang in the third and decisive goal from a scrappy goalmouth affair and we saw the game out for a valuable 3 points. Well played lads.
