The second outing this year with my photobuddy Pete Stockton led us to Brimham Rocks - a place I'd wanted to go visit for a while. I went the evening before so I could get a sunset but unfortunately the weather was unkind to me. Similarly, any plans of a really good sunrise didn't happen. The colours were brief, then disappeared behind cloud. It was a good day though, we walked round the site a few times and got images of most of the rock formations, then we drove across to Knaresborough for a stroll down the Nidd Gorge where I took my favourite photo of the day - a rare people photo!
